Alarms-Daily:-

Purpose:-To get wake-up ring at set time every day.

Alarm –Remote (for other extension):-

Purpose:-To set alarm on some other extension from your extension.

Alarm-Duration:-

Purpose:- To get reminder ring after some interval.

Auto Call back –On Busy:

Purpose:- To get informed when no reply extension (or trunk)becomes available.

Auto Call Back-On No Reply:-

Purpose:- To get informed when no-reply called extension(or trunk)becomes available.

Barge-in:-

Purpose:- Land on busy extension(or trunk) after giving intimation tone.

Auto Redial:-

Purpose:- Ask the system redial number for you till it gets through.

Boss Ring:-

Purpose:-A call prior to answering can be identified if the ring is different from the usual ring. Boss ring is precisely this type of ring.

Calling Line Identification (CLI):-

Purpose:-

The NC_PBX identifies the caller’s telephone number is displayed on the LCD of the telephone Instrument. This enables the user to be prepared before answering the call. The caller’s telephone.

Number is also stored in the incoming SMDR buffer of the system. It appears in the incoming SMDR report. The NC-PBX also provide facility to route selected incoming calls to particulate to route selected incoming calls to particulate station.

Call follow-Me:-

Purpose:- Make your call follow you whenever you go or divert your co-worker’s calls  yours telephone.

Call Forward-If Busy:-

Purpose:-Transfer all your calls to other extension only when you are busy.

Call Forward –If No Reply:-

Purpose:-Transfer all your calls to other extension if the calls are not answer within specified times.

Call Pick Up-Group:-

Purpose:-Answer call ringing on any other extension from your extension.

Call Splitting-Trunk & Extension:-

Purpose:-To switch between calls with trunk and extension.

Call Transfer-On busy:-

Purpose:-Call Transfer trunks call on busy extension.

Call Forward-All calls:-

Purpose:-Transfer all your calls to other extension..

Call Park:-

Purpose:-purpose:-Relieve yourself from current call for sometime. And attend to other pending calls.

Call Pick Up-Selective-

Purpose:-Answer a call ringing on a particular extension from your extension.

Call Splitting(two trunk calls):-

Purpose:-To switch between two trunk calls.

Call Transfer-Screened:-

Purpose:-To To Transfer existing call to other extension after consultation.
